Resources
Whether you are considering the gospel, are a new believer, or simply want to grow in your faith, our goal is to help you. Here are some helpful resources to equip you.
Bibles and commentaries
Bible translations: We recommend NASB 1995, ESV, The New English Translation, and the Legacy Standard Bible. These are faithful translations of the original language. We caution against using the following: The Message, The Passion, The New World Translation, The Joseph Smith Translation, and The Jerusalem Bible.
Bible Commentaries: We recommend the MacArthur Bible Commentary, and Biblical Doctrine: A Systematic Summary of Bible Truth, edited by John MacArthur and Richard Mayhue.
Churches known for Biblical expository (verse by verse through the Bible) preaching. It is only through expository preaching that you will receive the full counsel of God. We recommend a local church if you can find one to attend in person. If you do not have a local church, you may listen to the teachings of these churches online.
